HOW TO FIND YOUR WAY IN THE TREE

The book has left-hand- and right-hand pages with the same page number. The right-hand pages are part of the actual TREE and the left-hand pages contain additional information about the Spaanders, their spouses and their children.
Please read the whole of this page before you click.
To locate a name in the book, click on one of the following underlined words that is applicable to the name you are looking for.
FIRSTNAME of a Spaander
Surname of a SPOUSE of a Spaander
OTHER names
This will bring you into an A to Z index.
In this index find the line in which the name should be and click on the page number that belongs to that line. That page will show you a list of names that should include the name you are looking for. If the name which you are looking for is not in the list, but b e f o r e the very first name on the list, click on the word PREVIOUS in the top left-hand corner of that page. If the name which you are looking for is a f t e r the very last name on the list, click on the word NEXT in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. Also look in "ADDITIONS" at the end of each (SPAANDER or SPOUSES or OTHER) section for updates.
Once you have found the name you are looking for, take note of the number that is next to the name,
