W I L L E M  H E N D R I K  SPAANDER  born 26 February 1924 in Berkhout.  He was a cattle farmer and stock breeder in Twisk. He was co-founder of the Country Riding Club "De Koggen Ruiters" in 1949 and was an adjudicator for pony and horse competitions.  He is a council member in
Noorder Koggenland.
     In Edam on 4 February 1959 he wed
        PETRONELLA DE BOER  born 16 May 1927 in Edam. She is the daughter of  Willem DE BOER, bookkeeper, born in Wijde Wormer, and Marijtje STRUVING,  born in the Purmer.
