NEELTJE (NELLETJE) PIETERSD baptized 10 January 1683 in Durgerdam, buried 7 November 1730 in Durgerdam. She was a shopkeeper. On 20 November 1714, as Lammert's widow, she bought from Hendrikje LAURENSD the house and yard opposite the 'Kapel' for Fl.430 plus the freehold for life for Hendrikje as well as free usage of Neeltje's peat barge. On 14 December 1717 Neeltje sold her house and yard to Jan Klaasz EIKENBOOM. Neeltje was the daughter of Pieter ....?.... and Steintje HARMSD (HARMSEN).

J A N SPAENDER born 22 May 1707 in Durgerdam and baptized 27 July 1707 in Durgerdam, buried 16 August 1776. He was a ship's carpenter, had a slipway and was a valuer of boats in Durgerdam.
He also was the Verger of Ransdorp.
"17 December 1748 Ransdorp 89 folio 371 : Jan Lammertsz Spaander and Greetje Jansd Baars sold a house that was between the house of Captan Cornelis KAK and that of Simon VERDWAAL to Gerrit PLOEGER for Hfl.572 (this was the house no.135 of the widow of Tijs JACOBSZ.).
3 August 1758 Ransdorp 120 folio 105 : Jan Lammertsz Spaander, ship's carpenter and slipway boss, was appointed as official valuer of damages to the barge of Gerrit Jansz JONGH in Durgerdam, incurred on the Zuiderzee on the night of 1st to 2nd of August 1758 in a collision with the ferryboat service to Hoorn, which was in the command of Jan DOTTEBOTTER."

CORNELIS HAVENAAR (HAVELAAR) baptized 26 October 1755 in Durgerdam. He was the son of Jan HAVENAAR (HAVELAAR), died 12 June 1779, who on 27 August 1746 wed Sijtje CABEL, who died 29 March 1782.
